Lorna established clic business services in 1992. She is a graduate of Small Business Management (Mohawk College, ON), and “Train the Trainer®” Adult Education (St. Francis Xavier University, NS), and has over 25 years business experience with Bell Canada and London Life. She possesses firm first-hand knowledge of business and financial procedures, as well as excellent knowledge of how adults learn.
Carolyn Taylor, Office Manager
Managing the office, Carolyn brings over 15 years of customer service experience to clic business services, with the last 10 years in the areas of administration and bookkeeping. Cheerful and outgoing, she enjoys working with clients and watching their businesses grow.
Fields of experience include: Non-profit, Retail, Janitorial; Consulting, Agricultural & e-business.
Ina Lepp, Associate
With more than 15 years in administration and customer service, Ina enjoys interaction with clients and helping put their business numbers in order. She is a graduate of Business Skills College, where she received certifications in QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, and Microsoft Office. She also is certified by the Canadian Payroll Society.
Fields of experience include: Customer Service, Manufacturing, & Private Learning Institutions.
